Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

·         ½ kg grilled chicken
·         One onion, chopped
·         One tsp chopped garlic
·         ½ tsp red chili flakes
·         ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
·         Salt to taste
·         1 tsp garam masala powder
·         2-3 potatoes
·         3 eggs
·         One cup plain flour
·         One cup bread crumb
·         Oil for frying
Preparation

Take a bowl and put into it chopped onion, garlic, chili flakes, garam masala powder, chopped fresh coriander leaves and salt. Mix all the ingriedients well. Now boil the potatoes and mash them. Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix with other ingredients. Add an egg to the mixture and mix well. Now take the grilled chicken and crush it or chop it into very small pieces. Add the chicken to the mixture and mix well. Add some bread crumbs to it if needed, to achieve the desired consistency of the mixture. Now make the cutlets in any shape you want and the cutlets are ready to be fried. The proper way to coat the chicken cutlets is to dip them first in all purpose flour, then into the beaten egg, and lastly in the bread crumbs. Now fry them into oil. Crispy Chicken Cutlets are ready.

Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

·         1 kg Potatoes
·         1 tsp sesame seeds
·         ½ cup Rice Flour
·         ½ cup Corn Flour
·         1 tsp red Chili Paste
·         A pinch of Chili Flakes
·         Salt to taste
·         1 tsp Sesame seeds
For Sauce
Ingredients:
·         Half cup water
·         One cup sugar
·         1 tsp finely chopped garlic
·         1 tsp finely chopped lemon grass
·         1 ½ tsp red chili paste
·         A pinch of chili flakes
·         1 lemon- juiced
·         Salt
Preparation:
Sauce
Take a skillet and heat water in it. Add sugar, garlic, and lemon grass to it. Stir it and let it cook for 1-2 minutes unless the sugar melts. Then add chili paste and red chili flakes to it. Cook until desired consistency reaches, about five minutes. Then add lemon juice and salt to it and remove from the heat.
Potato Wedges

Peel and cut potatoes in good shape and boil them for just 5 minutes. Take the potatoes out of water and keep aside. Now take a bowl to make batter. Take corn flour, rice flour, sesame seeds, salt, chili paste, chili flakes, and a little water to make a thick paste. Now mix well, add the potatoes in the batter and coat the potatoes well. Now fry the potatoes and you will see the crispy potatoes ready to enjoy. Serve with the sauce.

Korean Fried Chicken Recipe


Ingredients:
·         3 pounds of chicken chunks
·         1 tsp black pepper powder
·         I tsp salt
·         ¼ cup plain flour
·         ½ cup potato starch powder
·         ¼ cup sweet rice flour
·         1 tsp baking soda
·         1 egg
·         2 tsp sesame seeds
For Sauce:
Ingredients:
·         1 tsp vegetable oil
·         5 cloves garlic, minced
·         1/3 cup tomato ketchup
·         1/3 cup rice syrup
·         ¼ cup hot pepper paste
·         1 tbsp vinegar
Directions for sauce:
            Heat the oil in a pan and add minced garlic cloves. Cook for about 2 minutes or until beautiful garlic aroma starts to come. Then add ketchup, rice syrup, pepper paste and vinegar. Cook for about 4-6 minutes. The sauce is ready.
Preparation:
            Take a large bowl and place chicken chunks in it. Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well. Marinate it for about half an hour. Then add potato starch powder, rice flour, plain flour, baking soda and egg in the chicken and mix well. Now heat the oil in a skillet. When it is heated, fry the chicken for about ten minutes or until it is light brown. Then take out the chicken chunks and set aside for about 7-8 minutes. Again heat the oil and fry again the chicken. Now the chicken chunks must be very crunchy. Don’t let it cool and at once coat it with sauce. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve. It tastes amazing.

Chicken Reshmi Kababs


Ingredients:
·         1 pound boneless chicken, cut into pieces
·         2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
·         1 tbsp cilantro, ground
·         ½ tsp black pepper powder
·         ½ cup heavy whipping cream
·         1 tbsp ground mint leaves
·         Salt to taste
·         ½ tbsp ground green chilies or to taste
Preparation:
                Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except chicken in it. Mix well and add the chicken. Marinate for 5-6 hours. Place the baking sheet on the baking tray. Now bake the chicken pieces in the oven for about ten minutes each side. If oven is not available you can also cook the Kababs on stove. Simply heat the non-stick pan and add the marinade into it. Don’t add the oil as the cream leaves enough oil. Cook on medium heat stirring continuously until the chicken pieces well roasted. Then simmer for about 5 minutes so that the chicken pieces absorb all the spices well. Reshmi Kababs are ready. Enjoy!

Apple Pie Bars


Ingredients:
For crust:
·         2 ½ cups all purpose flour
·         1 tsp baking soda
·         1 tbsp sugar, granulated
·         1 cup vegetable shortening
·         2/3 cup milk
·         1 tsp salt
·         2 eggs
For Filling:
·         1 ½ cup crushed corn flakes
·         1 ½ cup sugar, granulated
·         14 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
·         2 tsp cinnamon powder
For Glaze:
·         2 tsp lemon juice
·         1 cup sugar, powdered
Preparation:
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. take a large bowl and combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Cut-in 1 cup vegetable shortening. Separate the eggs. Place egg yolks in a one cup measuring cup and add milk to the egg yolks until milk and egg yolks equal 2/3 cups. Blend the egg mixture into flour mixture until it reaches a dough consistency. Divide the dough in half. Roll out 1/2 of the dough to fit the bottom of the jelly roll pan. The crust will be very thin.
Filling:
Cover crust with crushed corn flakes. Cover corn flakes with prepared apple slices. In separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over apple slices. Roll out the remaining dough and cover the apple mixture with it. The dough will be very thin. Beat remaining egg whites until they appear semi-stiff. Brush the crust with the egg whites. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven.
Glaze:
Take a small bowl and combine powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency. Add lemon juice if it is too dry and add powdered sugar if it is too runny. Drizzle glaze over the top of the warm bars. Bars can be served warm or cold, and they freeze well, too. Apple Pie Bars are ready to serve.

Baked Chicken Wings


Ingredients:
  • 30 to 36 chicken wings
  • Cold water
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce or similar
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp green chili paste
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp salt
Preparation:
            Wash the chicken and cut off wing tips with kitchen shears. Cut the wings at the joint and put in a bowl. Cover with cold water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Now heat oven to 425°. Line a large baking pan or roasting pan with foil. Place a cooling rack in the pan. Discard the brine and arrange the wings on the rack. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for 20 minutes longer. Meanwhile, heat the butter, hot sauce, Tabasco, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, and garlic powder in a small saucepan until butter is melted and the mixture is hot. Add green chili paste and black pepper. In a bowl, toss the hot baked wings with the butter and hot sauce mixture. Wings are ready to be served. Place on the plate with dip and serve.
