Chicken Pasta Recipe


Ingredients:
·         1 pack pasta noodles
·         1 tbsp olive oil
·         2 medium size onion, chopped
·         ½ kg boneless chicken, sliced
·         ½ cup mashrooms
·         ½  cup sundried tomatoes
·         3-4 garlic cloves, minced
·         3 tbsp tomato sauce
·         Pepper to taste
·         1 cup heavy cream
·         1 tsp chipotle paste
·         Salt to taste
Preparation:
                Boil the pasta noodles in a pan and meanwhile heat the olive oil in a pan and add chicken pieces in it. Add salt and pepper and fry the chicken for 1-2 minutes. Then add onion, mashrooms and tomatoes in it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add garlic and again fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato sauce and chipotle paste. And cook stirring continously. Add ½ cup of water and bring it to boil. Now add heavy cream and let it boil for 1 minute. Then add the boiled pasta in it and mix well. Chicken Pasta is ready.

Chicken Noodles


Ingredients:
·         1/2 kg boneless chicken
·         2-3 dry red chilies
·         1 tsp chopped garlic
·         ½ cup all purpose flour
·         2 tbsp green chili sauce
·         1 egg
·         1 bowl of noodles
·         1 tsp salt
·         ½ tsp black pepper
·         1 tbsp sesame oil
·         2 tbsp oil
·         3 tbsp soya sauce
·         Pinch of ajinomoto
·         1 ½ tbsp vinegar
·         1 tsp chopped green chilies
·         1 ½ lemon, juiced
·         1 bowl of your desired shredded vegetables
(I mostly use carrots, capsicum, cabbage, spring onion)
Preparation:
            Take a bowl and put chicken in it. Add salt, black pepper, ajinomoto , egg , soya sauce and flour at least for one and half hour. Then deep fry and cut the chicken pieces into thin long strips and set aside. Now heat oil in a deep pan add chopped garlic and dry red chillies , add all shredded vegetables , salt , black pepper, ajinomoto, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add slices of chicken to it. Now boil the noodles, strain them when cooked fully and add sesame oil so that the noodles may not stick to each other. Add them to the vegetables. Now add green chili sauce and soya sauce in it. Toss the noodles well so as to prevent sticking. Add green chillies and vinegar .Cook for 10 minutes and stir well. Serve hot.

Homemade Noodles


Ingredients:
·         1 cup all-purpose flour
·         1 egg
·         ¼ tsp baking powder
·         1 pinch salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Roll the dough into a very thin layer like a jelly roll on a lightly-floured surface; cut into your desired width strips. Allow to dry at least 4 hours before using.

Chinese Noodles


Ingredients:

• 2 cups Flat Noodles (also called Hakka noodles); boiled and strained
• 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
• 3 Dried Red Chilies
• 1 small bunch Spring Onion
• 1 small Capsicum (sliced)
• ½ tsp Vinegar
• 1 ½  tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

Chinese Noodles Recipe:

 Cut the spring onions into 1/4″ pieces. Grind red chilies and garlic. Heat oil in a pan, add chilly and garlic and fry for a minute. Now add capsicum and fry till it tenders. Put spring onion and continue frying for 2-3 minutes more. Now add boiled and strained noodles and salt (to taste) and mix well. Add vinegar and mix it well. Chinese Noodles is ready to serve.
