Fruit Chaat


Ingredients:
·         2 oranges
·         1 apple
·         ½ cup strawberries
·         1-2 bananas
·         1 cucumber
·         1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Dressing:
·         1 tbsp sugar
·         1 tsp salt
·         ½ tsp black salt
·         ¼ tsp black pepper
·         ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
·         ½ tbsp ginger juice
·         1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
            Remove the skin of the oranges and cut into cubes (or cut half each segment.) peal the apple and cut into ½ inch pieces. Always keep in mind while making fruit chaat too small pieces of the fruits give a rough look. Slice the banana into ¼ inch round. Slice the strawberries also. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Now take a bowl and mix all the fruits into it.  Mix all the ingredients for dressing in another bowl. Now pour the dressing onto the fruits and mix gently. Fruit Chaat is ready. Enjoy!

Raw Mango Salad


Ingredients:
·         ½ kg raw mangoes, match cut
·         ½ cup roasted peanuts
·         ½ tbsp almonds, crushed
·         1 tbsp lemon juice
·         ½ medium onion, chopped
·         ½ tbsp hot chili, chopped
·         2-3 green chilies, chopped
·         1 tomato, chopped or sliced
·         Salt to taste
·         Black pepper
Preparation:
            Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it. Then take out it in the serving plate and garnish it. Raw Mango Salad is ready to be served.

Fancy Fruit Salad


In preparing salad one thing is to be kept in mind regarding quantities of its ingredients. In fact there is no hard and fast rule about it. All the ingredients are to be used to taste and to nutritional requirements. So here no quantities are fixed, you can take as much quantities as you desire.

Ingredients:
·         Pears
·         Pineapple chunks
·         Peaches
·         Green grapes
·         Strawberries
·         Red grapes
·         Bananas
·         Lime juice
·         Orange juice
·         Lemon juice
·         Sugar
·         Pecans for garnishing
Making:
                Cut up all fruits in bite size pieces. Drain peaches, pineapple and pears. Take a bowl and mix all the fruits except bananas in it. Take another bowl and put into it lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice and sugar. Mix well and pour this syrup over fruits and toss to coat well. Refrigerate it for at least 5 hours. Add bananas before serving.

Easy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
·         Lemon juice
·         Sugar
·         Orange juice
·         Salt
·         Lime zest
·         Cinnamon powder
·         Mint leaves
·         Honey
Preparation:
                Take a saucepan add water, orange juice, lime zest, sugar, salt and lemon juice in it. Cook for 25 minutes and then cover and refrigerate for at least 6, 7 hours and the dressing for the salad is ready.  Slice and dice all fruits.  Grapes need not slicing or dicing. Put all fruits in a bowl and add cinnamon powder and dressing in it. Mix it well and put it in refrigerator for three hours. Before serving sprinkle fresh mint leaves onto it.

·         Salt
·         Orange
·         Lemon juice
·         Oil
·         Black pepper
Preparation:
                Chop pineapple chunks, cucumber, apple and tomatoes. Take a bowl and put all the fruits in it. Add all other ingredients. Delicious Chinese fruit salad is ready to serve.

Cream Cheese Fruit Salad



In preparing salad one thing is to be kept in mind regarding quantities of its ingredients. In fact there is no hard and fast rule about it. All the ingredients are to be used to taste and to nutritional requirements. So here no quantities are fixed, you can take as much quantities as you desire.


Ingredients:
·         Various fruits of your own choice
·         Cream cheese
·         Fresh cream
·         Mayonnaise

Preparation:
                Take a bowl and put all fruits in it. Take another bowl. Put cream cheese and fresh cream in it and mix well. Add mayonnaise and sugar in it and add this mixture in the fruits. Mix well and then refrigerate it. Cream cheese fruit salad is now ready to be served.
