Ingredients:

8 chicken legs
·
2 tsp red chili powder
·
1 tsp black pepper powder
·
¼ tsp turmeric
·
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
·
Salt to taste
·
1 cup flour
·
Oil for stir fry
Preparation:
Take a bowl and place
the ginger garlic paste in it. Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and
black powder to it. Mix it well to make a fine paste. Now make small cuts over
the chicken legs and coat the pieces with the paste all sides. Set aside at
room temperature for 20-25 minutes. Now coat the leg pieces with flour and stir
fry. Spicy Fried Chicken Legs are ready.
