Ingredients:

3 pounds of chicken chunks

1 tsp black pepper powder
·
I tsp salt
·
¼ cup plain flour
·
½ cup potato starch powder
·
¼ cup sweet rice flour
·
1 tsp baking soda
·
1 egg
·
2 tsp sesame seeds
For Sauce:
Ingredients:

1 tsp vegetable oil
·
5 cloves garlic, minced
·
1/3 cup tomato ketchup
·
1/3 cup rice syrup
·
¼ cup hot pepper paste
·
1 tbsp vinegar
Directions for sauce:
Heat the oil in a pan and add minced garlic cloves. Cook for
about 2 minutes or until beautiful garlic aroma starts to come. Then add
ketchup, rice syrup, pepper paste and vinegar. Cook for about 4-6 minutes. The
sauce is ready.
Preparation:
Take a large bowl and place chicken chunks in it. Add
black pepper powder and salt and mix well. Marinate it for about half an hour. Then
add potato starch powder, rice flour, plain flour, baking soda and egg in the
chicken and mix well. Now heat the oil in a skillet. When it is heated, fry the
chicken for about ten minutes or until it is light brown. Then take out the
chicken chunks and set aside for about 7-8 minutes. Again heat the oil and fry
again the chicken. Now the chicken chunks must be very crunchy. Don’t let it
cool and at once coat it with sauce. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve. It tastes
amazing.
