Ingredients:

1 pound boneless chicken, cut into
pieces
·
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
·
1 tbsp cilantro, ground
·
½ tsp black pepper powder
·
½ cup heavy whipping cream
·
1 tbsp ground mint leaves
·
Salt to taste
·
½ tbsp ground green chilies or to taste
Preparation:
Take
a bowl and add all the ingredients except chicken in it. Mix well and add the
chicken. Marinate for 5-6 hours. Place the baking sheet on the baking tray. Now
bake the chicken pieces in the oven for about ten minutes each side. If oven is
not available you can also cook the Kababs on stove. Simply heat the non-stick
pan and add the marinade into it. Don’t add the oil as the cream leaves enough
oil. Cook on medium heat stirring continuously until the chicken pieces well
roasted. Then simmer for about 5 minutes so that the chicken pieces absorb all
the spices well. Reshmi Kababs are ready. Enjoy!
