Channa Chaat

·         4 cups Kabuli Channa
·         2 medium onions
·         8-10 green chilies
·         3-4 tomatoes
·         ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
·         6 potatoes
·         ½ cup tamarind
·         Salt to taste
·         1 ½ tbsp Chaat masala
                Soak Kabuli Channa over night and then cook them in the pressure cooker until they are fully. Now add water in the tamarind and set aside for 2-3 hours. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut the potatoes in cubes. Chop the fresh coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions and green chilies and add them in the potatoes. Now take out the seeds from the tamarind and add it also in the chaat. Now drain the water from the Channa and take them out in the bowl. Add salt and chaat masalah to them. Add potatoes and all other ingredients to it and mix well. Channa Chaat is ready. Enjoy!
