Ingredients:

1 whole chicken with skin

½ cup olive oil
·
1 ½ tsp black pepper
·
1 tsp salt
·
1 tsp paprika
Preparation:
Place the chicken in a tray and rub the olive oil on all
sides of the chicken. Now sprinkle and rub the seasoning over all the sides of
the chicken. Turn the wings behind the neck that way:
Then loosely tight the legs together in this way:
Set the chicken aside
for 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the
chicken in the baking tray breast side down over a grill and bake for 30
minutes. Chicken is kept on the grill so that the juice of the chicken may get
separated from the chicken and drop easily. Then flip it over and let the other
side of chicken roast. Now cover the chicken with foil and let it rest for 15
minutes. Simple Baked Whole Chicken is ready.
