Ingredients:
·
8 chicken thighs
·
2 tsp black pepper
·
2 tsp salt
·
7-8 garlic cloves, chopped
·
1 onion, chopped
·
1 tbsp butter
·
1 tsp garlic powder
·
1 tsp paprika
·
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
·
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
·
Aluminum foil
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place
all the chicken thighs in a tray and sprinkle salt, paprika, garlic powder and black
pepper over them. If you are using Dijon mustard then add all the spices in the
Dijon mustard and make a fine paste and coat the thighs with this paste. Now flip
chicken over and do the same on other side. Place the thighs on the aluminum
foil and place on them the chopped onion, chopped garlic cloves, and grated
cheese. Thinly slice the butter in small pieces and place them also on the
chicken thighs. Seal the foil tightly over the chicken and bake in preheated
oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes unwrap the chicken and bake for 15-20
minutes. Baked Chicken Thighs are ready.
