Crisp and Crunchy Green Salad

In preparing salad one thing is to be kept in mind regarding quantities of its ingredients. In fact there is no hard and fast rule about it. All the ingredients are to be used to taste and to nutritional requirements. So here no quantities are fixed, you can take as much quantities as you desire.
 ·         Tomato, chopped
 ·         Cucumber, chopped
 ·         Butter lettuce, ripped or cut into pieces
 ·         Avocado, chopped
 ·         Sunflower seed sprout
 ·         Toasted pine nuts
·         Olive oil
·         Garlic, crushed
·         Vinegar
·         Dijon mustard
            Toast pine nuts in an un-oiled skillet on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Whisk together olive oil and vinegar. Then add the crushed garlic and pour over the salad. Crisp and Crunchy Green Salad is ready. Serve immediately.
