Homemade Noodles

·         1 cup all-purpose flour
·         1 egg
·         ¼ tsp baking powder
·         1 pinch salt
Mix all ingredients. Roll the dough into a very thin layer like a jelly roll on a lightly-floured surface; cut into your desired width strips. Allow to dry at least 4 hours before using.
