Achaar Gosht


Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Mutton(small pieces)
  • ½ kg Yogurt
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 10-15 Black Pepper
  • Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 5-6 pieces Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • 5-6 Green Chilli
  • ¾ cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 tsp Kalunji
  • 2 tsp Whole Coriander
  • 3 tsp Saunf
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Zeera
  • Methi Seeds
Recipe:
Marinate meat with ginger, garlic, chilli powder, salt and yogurt for 2 hours. Heat the oil, add meat and fry till oil separate from masala. Add turmeric powder and salt and fry. Cook with water till the meat is tender. Then add all the spices and all dry ingredients. Cook for some time. When water dries from the meat, add tomato paste, vinegar and green chilies and cook. Then simmer for 5-10 minutes. The delicious Achaar Gosht is ready. Serve hot.
