Cabbage Crunch Salad

In preparing salad one thing is to be kept in mind regarding quantities of its ingredients. In fact there is no hard and fast rule about it. All the ingredients are to be used to taste and to nutritional requirements. So here no quantities are fixed, you can take as much quantities as you desire.
 ·         Red cabbage
 ·         White cabbage
 ·         Coriander leaves (optional)
 ·         Red onion
 ·         Jalapeno pepper (optional)
·         Minced fresh ginger
·         Gomasio (sesame salt)
·         Toasted sesame oil
·         Coriander leaves, chopped
·         Almond butter
·         Olive oil
·         Apple cider vinegar
·         Lemon juice
·         Seasoned rice vinegar
            Finely chop the cabbages and mix with the chopped onion. Add coriander leaves and jalapeno pepper. Place all the dressing ingredients in a food processor and blend briefly. Mix into the salad. Garnish if you want. Cabbage Crunch Salad is ready to be served.
