In preparing salad one thing is to
be kept in mind regarding quantities of its ingredients. In fact there is no
hard and fast rule about it. All the ingredients are to be used to taste and to
nutritional requirements. So here no quantities are fixed, you can take as much
quantities as you desire.
Ingredients:

Pears
·
Pineapple chunks
·
Peaches
·
Green grapes
·
Strawberries
·
Red grapes
·
Bananas
·
Lime juice
·
Orange juice
·
Lemon juice
·
Sugar
·
Pecans for garnishing
Making:
Cut up
all fruits in bite size pieces. Drain peaches, pineapple and pears. Take a bowl
and mix all the fruits except bananas in it. Take another bowl and put into it
lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice and sugar. Mix well and pour this syrup
over fruits and toss to coat well. Refrigerate it for at least 5 hours. Add
bananas before serving.
