Simple Pancake


Ingredients:
·         4 eggs
·         1 ½  cup milk
·         1 ½ cup whole grain flour
·         1 tsp salt
·         2 tbsp sugar
·         1 ½ rolled oats
·         2 tsp baking soda
·         1 cup yogurt
Preparation:
        Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it. Refrigerate it overnight. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Simple Pancakes are ready; serve hot.
