Ingredients:

1 kg chicken

2 onion

Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Take a heavy bottom skillet and put
the chicken pieces in it. Now roughly chop the onion and put them at all sides
of chicken. Cover the skillet and cook at low heat for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle
the black pepper powder on the chicken and let it cook for 15 minutes. If you want it more spicy then add a bit curry powder along with the black pepper powder.Now flip
the chicken pieces over and cover the skillet again and let it cook for another
15 minutes. The recipe is ready. Serve it with ketchup and enjoy. This recipe
is valuable for the patients of high blood pressure.
