Ingredients:

1 chicken breast, cut into stripes

1 cup rice flour
·
1 tsp red chili powder
·
¼ cup corn starch
·
½ tsp cumin powder
·
½ tbsp baking powder
·
½ tsp black powder
·
1 ½ tsp salt
·
1 pinch of white powder (optional)
·
Oil for deep fry
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
except chicken. Add some water (about 1 ½ cup) to make a fine liquid paste. Check
its consistency as to dip the chicken strips properly. Now dip the chicken
breast strips in it and fry for about 4-5 minutes or till light brown colour. Drain
the stripes; let them cool and fry again. It makes the chicken very crispy. Easy
Chicken Fingers are ready. Serve them with sweet and sour sauce or any other favorite
dipping.
