Spinach with Butter and Garlic

·         2 pounds spinach, thick stems trimmed, leaves washed and dried well
·         2 tablespoons butter
·         2 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
·         Salt
·         Black pepper
·         ¼ tbsp vinegar
        Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic, cook over medium heat for 1–2 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes, or until the leaves are wilted. Add salt, pepper and vinegar. Simmer for 2 minutes and easy to cook vegetable recipe is ready.
