Ingredients:

2 cups almonds

4 tbsp olive oil
·
2 tbsp butter
·
¼ tsp red chili powder
·
¼ tsp salt
·
¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation:
Take a skillet and boil
some water in it. When it starts boiling add almonds and boil for 3-5 minutes. Mean
while heat olive oil in a pan and add butter in it. Drain the almonds and put
them in the pan into heated olive oil and butter. Roast the almonds for about 5
minutes. Meanwhile take a bowl and add salt, chili powder and black powder in
it. You can use any other spices of your own choice. When the almonds are
roasted put them in this bowl. Mix well. The leftover olive oil and butter may
be used for any other purpose. The tasty Roasted Salted Almonds are ready.
