Ingredients:

½ kg chicken liver, cut into pieces

5 tbsp olive oil
·
1 tsp dried and ground mint leaves
·
1 ½ tsp salt
·
2 tsp garlic paste
·
1 lemon, juiced
·
Chopped frech coriander leaves or parsley
Preparation:
Take a bowl and place chicken livers
in it. Add olive oil, mint leaves, salt and garlic paste. Mix all the
ingredients and merinate for about half an hour. The heat a pan and pour the
merinated livers in the pan along with all the merinade. Fry for 5-6 minutes
over medium heat. Then add the lemon juice and cook stirring for 20-30 seconds.
The Chicken Livers are ready. Sprinkle the fresh coriander leaves/parsley and serve.
