Fried Apples may be served with breakfast or as a side-dish in meal.
Ingredients:

10 medium granny smith apples, sliced
·
½ tsp cinnamon
·
1 cup brown sugar
·
¼ tsp nutmeg
·
½ cup butter
Recipe:
Melt butter in a heavy skillet
over medium-low heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sauté 15 to
20 minutes or until apples are tender. Fried Apples are ready to be served.
