Crispy Fried Chicken

·         1 kg chicken
·         3 tbsp white vinegar
·         2 cups bread crumbs
·         3 eggs
·         4 cloves garlic, chopped
·         1 tbsp red chili powder
·         Salt to taste
·         2 cups all purpose flour
·         1 tsp paprika(optional)
·         Oil for deep fry
Take a bowl and mix salt, garlic, red chili powder, vinegar, and small amount of water. Now dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and refrigerate for about half an hour. Take another bowl and mix the flour with paprika. The paprika gives the chicken a beautiful brown colour. Now take out the marinated chicken and sprinkle corn flour over it and mix well. Take a small bowl and beat eggs in it. Dip the chicken pieces in eggs and then in bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place coated chicken pieces in hot oil. When browned, reduce heat and cover skillet; let cook for 30 minutes (the chicken will be cooked through but not crispy). Remove cover, raise heat again and continue to fry until crispy. Drain the pieces on a plate. Crispy Fried Chicken is ready to serve.
