Chocolate Chip Muffins

·         1 cup chocolate chunks
·         ½ cup butter
·         ½  cup brown sugar
·         1 tsp vanilla extract
·         2/3 cup buttermilk
·         2 large eggs
·         ½ tsp salt
·         2 cups all purpose flour
·         2 tsp baking powder
·         50 gm chocolate chip
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Beat the butter and the vanilla extract together to form a light, airy mixture. Add chocolate chunks. One at a time, add the eggs, and beat gently. Add sugar after each egg and mix thoroughly. Put the baking powder and salt in the milk, and then add to the mixture. Fold in the flour and the chocolate chips. Pour the mix into your muffin pan, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins turn golden brown.
