Ingredients:

1/2 kg boneless chicken
·
2-3 dry red chilies
·
1 tsp chopped garlic
·
½ cup all purpose flour
·
2 tbsp green chili sauce
·
1 egg
·
1 bowl of noodles
·
1 tsp salt
·
½ tsp black pepper
·
1 tbsp sesame oil
·
2 tbsp oil
·
3 tbsp soya sauce
·
Pinch of ajinomoto
·
1 ½ tbsp vinegar
·
1 tsp chopped green chilies
·
1 ½ lemon, juiced
·
1 bowl of your desired shredded vegetables
(I mostly use carrots, capsicum, cabbage, spring onion)
Preparation:
Take a bowl and put chicken in it. Add salt, black
pepper, ajinomoto , egg , soya sauce and flour at least for one and half hour. Then
deep fry and cut the chicken pieces into thin long strips and set aside. Now heat
oil in a deep pan add chopped garlic and dry red chillies , add all shredded
vegetables , salt , black pepper, ajinomoto, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add
slices of chicken to it. Now boil the noodles, strain them when cooked fully
and add sesame oil so that the noodles may not stick to each other. Add them to
the vegetables. Now add green chili sauce and soya sauce in it. Toss the
noodles well so as to prevent sticking. Add green chillies and vinegar .Cook
for 10 minutes and stir well. Serve hot.
