Simple Pancake


Ingredients:
·         4 eggs
·         1 ½  cup milk
·         1 ½ cup whole grain flour
·         1 tsp salt
·         2 tbsp sugar
·         1 ½ rolled oats
·         2 tsp baking soda
·         1 cup yogurt
Preparation:
        Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it. Refrigerate it overnight. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Simple Pancakes are ready; serve hot.

Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:
·         2 cups old fashion oats
·         1 cup milk
·         ½ tsp baking powder
·         2 eggs
·         ¼ tsp baking soda
·         ¼ tsp salt
·         1 tsp allspice
·         2 ½ cups sliced fruit
·         ¼ cup honey or sugar
·         ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Preparation:
        Preheat oven to 350F. Spray nonstick spray on a 8x8 baking dish. Mix dry ingredients and then mix in wet ingredients. Spoon into pan and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown. Baked Oatmeal Recipe is ready.

Tofu Scramble


Ingredients:
·         1 package extra firm tofu
·         ½ tsp cumin
·         ½ tsp curry powder
·         2 bunch of green onion
·         Non stick spray
Preparation:
        Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat spray with non-stick spray. Crumble tofu into pan and add green onions. Heat (stirring often) for 8 minutes until most of the water has steamed out. Mix in the curry powder and cumin. If mixture is too dry add a little water back in to get to desired consistency.

Fried Apples


Fried Apples may be served with breakfast or as a side-dish in meal.
Ingredients:
·         10 medium granny smith apples, sliced
·         ½ tsp cinnamon
·         1 cup brown sugar
·         ¼ tsp nutmeg
·         ½ cup butter
Recipe:
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sauté 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Fried Apples are ready to be served.
