Ingredients:

16 slices bread
·
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
·
1 chicken breast
·
8 slices mozzarella cheese
·
1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
·
4 pitted ripe olives
·
Salt to taste
·
1 tsp Black pepper
·
1 tsp ajinomoto
·
1 egg
·
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Preparation:
Take a bowl and put
chicken in it. Add salt, black pepper, ajinomoto, egg and flour at least for
one and half hour. Then deep fry and cut the chicken pieces into thin long
strips and set aside. Place 8 slices of bread and spread each slice with
mustard; top with chicken slices. Now cut mozzarella cheese. Place on chicken. Sprinkle
cheddar cheese also on it. Cut olives and arrange on cheese. Assemble the
sandwiches and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
8 delicious sandwiches are ready.
